📋 Description

• Lead and provide daily support to the welding team
• Orient new members; assign tasks and schedule work
• Coach, mentor, and train welding team members
• Report status and issues to leadership and customers
• Enforce quality and throughput per company policies
• Complete welding tasks for site structures on time and safely

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalency
• 5+ years structural welding experience
• 5+ years metal fabrication experience
• 3+ years leading small weld teams
• 3+ years pipe welding experience
• 1+ year at a launch/test/production site
