📋 Description

• Lead structural design and substantiation for prototype aerospace vehicles.
• Develop rapid prototyping structural approaches from concept to testing.
• Establish standards, analyses, and engineering practices for structural work.
• Perform feasibility assessments for new concepts and risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align designs with program needs.
• Prepare engineering documentation and technical packages for design reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Structural Eng; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12 years aerospace structures/rapid-prototyping experience.
• Airframe design, loads analysis, and substantiation experience.
• Strong knowledge of FEM, hand calculations, and standard methods.
• Ability to work independently with significant ownership across disciplines.
• U.S. Person per ITAR/EAR; ability to obtain security clearance.
