Lead Supplier Development Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Develop a team to build high-performing Starlink supplier networks for electronics hardware.
• Align supply chain policies with engineering, design, and operations.
• Lead engineers to execute PPAP, supplier quality data analysis, and corrective actions.
• Industrialize supplier processes; implement DFM and manufacturability improvements.
• Manage supplier workflow, timing, and launch readiness for new parts.
• Oversee supplier audits and ensure part performance and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3+ years in engineering, supply chain or quality roles.
• PCB fabrication, SMT, electronics manufacturing experience.
• PPAP experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar training.
• SQL and Tableau basics; ERP/MRP familiarity; Redmond, WA on-site.
