• Lead quality assurance for supply chain components to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery to
• Implement statistical process control methods for critical parts and align supplier process control
• Rapid sprint analyses with design engineers to unblock shipments after production or OQC failures.
• Update quality documentation to prevent future failures based on root-cause analysis.
• Audit supplier compliance with Halter’s quality requirements and close non-conformances quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in quality management for high-volume manufacturing (electromechanical preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, first principles thinking, and ability to focus on key issues during audits.
• Experience with suppliers to achieve outcomes; travelAPAC 25%+
• ASQ certifications (CQE/CQA) or Internal Auditor Certification beneficial.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
