• 7+ years of recruiting experience, owning senior and business-critical searches in US tech.
• Proven success hiring across GTM and supporting functions such as Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Compliance.
• Strong search fundamentals: market mapping, talent intel, passive engagement, confidential searches, senior closing.
• Ability to quickly understand complex roles across post-sales, investigations, and compliance.
• Strong analytics to interpret metrics and funnel health; translate insights into actions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management; influence senior leaders and advise as a strategic partner.
