📋 Description

  • Own finance systems (Chargebee, Avalara, payments, Pigment) and ERP NetSuite.
  • Manage API interfaces (Workado) for data transfer between systems.
  • Review daily audit logs and enforce access controls.
  • Review and maintain all financial systems policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and financial staff to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and fix finance-related system issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Systems role within Finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused with a flexible approach.
  • Nice to have: NetSuite and/or Chargebee experience.
