Lead System Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Orchestrate the integration of BMS hardware (sensors, actuators, and power circuitry) with embedded
• Lead the decomposition of high-level system requirements into actionable, bi-directionally
• Establish and manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Hardware-Software Interface (HSI)
• Oversee the development of validation and integration plans, including the use of
• Drive the execution of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Circuit FMEA (CFMEA) to
• Act as the central partner for Design, Test, and Validation teams, reconciling interface

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, product integration, or technical lead roles within
• Deep knowledge across multiple disciplines, including electrical schematic analysis, power
• Mastery of requirement management tools (e.g., Jama, Polarion, or DOORS) and Model-Based Systems
• Demonstrated experience with Battery Management Systems, including battery charging/discharging
• Strong command of the Systems Engineering V-model and familiarity with functional safety standards
• Proven ability to conduct root-cause analysis for complex system-level failures and conduct
