📋 Description

• Provide technical and administrative direction to personnel performing software development and
• Coordinate with Project and Program Managers to support effective problem resolution, project
• Provide daily supervision and direction to support personnel while maintaining accountability for
• Design, implement, validate, install, and deploy voice communications solutions, including
• Determine telecommunications project requirements, develop cost estimates, troubleshoot technical
• Monitor and administer specialized voice communications systems to ensure reliability, efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant education.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a technical systems, telecommunications
• Active Secret security clearance is required and must be maintained.
• Eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.
• Strong experience with voice communications systems, telecommunications technologies, VoIP
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical personnel, provide daily direction, review technical work
