🎯 Requirements

Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers within an IPT.
Develop and manage System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
Own requirements traceability from Government Requirements Matrix through to verification and
Collaborate with software, hardware, safety, and integration teams to craft robust architectures.
Provide technical leadership across design reviews, risk management, and verification activities.
Communicate technical artifacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
