Lead Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of edge infrastructure (servers, networking).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security hardening of systems.
• Mentor engineers, providing technical direction, goals, and support.
• Implement and manage automation for provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Establish and enforce best practices for systems engineering, observability, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, R&D, network, security, and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in Linux/*nix environments.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation: Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Solid networking, security, and storage concepts.
• Experience with agentic coding: C/Go/Python/Rust.
• 6+ years in systems engineering/SRE with 3+ years in leadership.
