• Lead airborne comms systems design and integration
• Define end-to-end airborne communications architecture
• Oversee development, verification and qualification workflows
• Collaborate with AI/defence partners on system design
• Ensure safety, robustness and interoperability of platforms
• Guide teams through regulatory and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace/Electrical Engineering, CS, or related
• Deep knowledge of airborne comms tech, RF, SATCOM
• Experience with avionics integration and certification
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and partners
• Ability to lead complex multi-discipline programs
• Proven track record in live-flight or fielded systems
