📋 Description

Act as the primary escalation point for Level 1 and 2 support engineers.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, and enterprise apps.
Configure and support Single Sign-On using Microsoft Entra.
Lead IT infrastructure projects and migrations.
Deploy and configure Microsoft Intune environments.
Deliver SharePoint migration projects.

🎯 Requirements

7–10 years in MSP or multi-client IT environments
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
Experience with Intune and Windows Server/Desktops
Networking, router, and firewall administration
Defender or endpoint protection experience
ITIL knowledge and certifications are a plus
