📋 Description

• Lead design of maritime solutions from concept to end-to-end verification
• Coordinate subcontractor delivery and ensure integration into Helsing's systems
• Provide technical authority for customers and ensure compliance with defence standards
• Bridge product development with customer delivery in Germany
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer and cross-functional teams on requirements
• Influence product evolution to meet operational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering maritime systems in a defence context
• SQEP in maritime operations and regulatory compliance
• Proven management of requirements in multi-supplier, integrated environments
• Fluent German and English for cross-border collaboration
• Experience in defence procurement processes from development to operations
• Hands-on MBSE experience and ability to architect interfaces
