• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas, with full ownership of delivery and
• Partner closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, providing strategic guidance and
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging advanced tools, AI-enabled sourcing
• Act as a consultant to the business, challenging role design, level calibration, and talent
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates, actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement
• Drive a high-impact, efficient hiring process, ensuring speed, quality, and a strong candidate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi-market hiring
• Strong experience hiring for technology, AI, or data-driven roles
• Proven ability to operate at a strategic level, influencing senior stakeholders and driving hiring
• Knowledgeable in predictive analytics and deep understanding of market dynamics, compensation
• Advanced sourcing capability, including use of AI tools, data insights, and creative talent mapping
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and cost
