• Design and own TA data architecture ecosystem
• Build, maintain, and scale data pipelines and dashboards
• Establish governance for data cleanliness and compliance
• Develop capacity planning and predictive TA models
• Architect predictive hiring models (time-to-fill, yield)
• Lead executive storytelling with TA analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data analytics/BI/workforce planning; 3+ yrs in enterprise TA analytics
• Advanced Excel and SQL; enterprise data models in Tableau/Power BI/Visier
• Exceptional storytelling; executive-ready presentations
• Financial & operational acumen; capacity forecasting
• Deep ATS data structures; Lever or Ashby preferred; Greenhouse/Workday ok
• Strong collaboration with Finance and Workforce Planning
