🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Talent Acquisition, tech hiring focus.
Proven success hiring senior, niche tech talent.
Strong sourcing and market-mapping capabilities.
Partner with senior leaders; influence decisions with data.
Experience with recruiting metrics and funnel analytics.
Exposure to AI recruiting tools or GenAI is preferred.
