📋 Description

• Own full-cycle Software Engineering recruiting from intake to offer close.
• Partner with Engineering leaders to define role scope, level, and search strategy.
• Build and manage pipelines for Software Engineering talent, including passive outreach.
• Lead searches for senior and staff engineers, managers, and hard-to-find talent.
• Conduct talent mapping for core and future engineering needs.
• Use recruiting data and funnel insights to diagnose bottlenecks and improve hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent partnership with Software Engineering or related functions.
• Track record partnering with senior managers and stakeholders to hit complex hiring goals.
• Demonstrated success hiring passive technical talent in competitive markets.
• Strong experience using recruiting data to influence decisions, improve processes, and solve hiring challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; build credibility with stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
