📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of AI-enabled automation and
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI models, machine learning, and automation to improve the
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their suitability for compliance applications based
• Lead development and maintenance of Gemini’s transaction monitoring system, including data
• Support and maintain a customer risk scoring model that reflects Gemini’s risk-based approach and
• Lead in enhancing sanctions controls, procedures, and tuning of thresholds. Maintain sanctions

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or international equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with compliance technology and data analysis within the
• Advanced skills with Python and SQL are a must
• Experience designing, developing, or implementing AI-enabled automation, agentic AI workflows, or
• Experience leveraging AI models and data-driven technologies to solve complex business or
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical requirements, solution
