📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering and delivery coordination across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives
• Establish, implement, and maintain high-quality standards for requirements documentation, ensuring
• Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, coordinating timelines, deliverables, dependencies
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal business teams, engineering stakeholders, and
• Define and coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Insurance, or a related discipline, or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, technical implementation
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing project timelines, and
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, particularly small and medium-sized enterprise
• Technical background in software engineering, software testing, product management, product
• Ability to develop engineering-ready requirements that include clear business context, acceptance
