📋 Description

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of complex products across a technical domain.
• Balance scope, time, and quality while aligning with platform architecture.
• Manage and grow a small team of Technical Product Owners; mentor others.
• Drive backlog strategy and ensure alignment with architecture strategy.
• Guide cross-functional teams through complex decisions; evolve architecture/roadmap.
• Define and enforce best practices for project and product management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in product or technical roles with ownership of complex features.
• Advanced Agile practices and trade-off analysis skills.
• Experience leading a small team and growing team members.
• Architecture and roadmap planning experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong cross-team coordination and collaboration skills.
