📋 Description

• Lead the development of complex products or features and drive backlog strategy across a broader

• Balance trade-offs between scope, time, and quality in product delivery
• Define milestones and a long-term roadmap to ensure product delivery
• Guide product teams through complex decision-making processes and oversee delivery of critical
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Product Owners, supporting their career development

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in product or technical roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex
• Advanced Agile practices and trade-off analysis skills
• Prior experience managing or directly leading a small team, with a track record of supporting team
• Architecture and roadmap planning experience
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate across multiple teams
• Strong cross-team coordination and collaboration skills
