Lead Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across product launches, platform modernization, and operational
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps and priorities.
• Coordinate execution across multiple squads and partner teams.
• Drive transformation initiatives: process redesign, automation, migrations, integrations.
• Partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Analytics, and Ops to deliver scalable
• Mentor TPMs and build delivery discipline across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 8–12+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in agile, high-growth settings.
• Proven ability to bring products/platforms from concept to launch with
• Strong tech acumen across mobile, data pipelines, APIs, and platform infra.
• Experience with system migrations, automation, or platform consolidation.
• External vendor/partner management and governance experience.
