Lead Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional technical projects from initiation to delivery for healthcare data products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to define scope, timelines, and metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, comms, and release schedules.
• Coordinate teams to align priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of PM practices.
• Communicate status to leadership and frame risks with actionable tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical programs.
• Proven experience in software engineering, data science, and data engineering.
• Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, data platforms, or DevSecOps preferred.
• Deep understanding of agile development and engineering operations.
• PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or related certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Asana; Tempo experience a plus.
