🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Program Management, PMO leadership, or similar roles
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional portfolios and end-to-end program delivery
• Solid understanding of software development processes and SDLC
• Strong experience in applying Agile frameworks and establishing/evolving program management
• Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders
