Lead Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive programs from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, and resources
• Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and business teams
• Lead technical planning, estimation, and prioritization sessions
• Document technical decisions and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and remove obstacles for engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of technical program/project management in software organizations
• Strong understanding of relevant technologies and software development processes (S-SDLC)
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate across audiences
