Lead Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Labs initiatives incl AI/ML models and detections (Zeek/Suricata/YARA).
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Labs, Eng, QA, PM, and Field teams.
• Manage program execution: define plans, milestones, and success criteria while mitigating risks.
• Translate research with researchers and engineers into executable plans and handoffs.
• Optimize R&D processes: lightweight PM practices that foster innovation without red tape.
• Ensure operational visibility: data-driven status reporting to Labs leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Technical/Engineering Program Manager in a high-tech environment.
• R&D background with experience in ML, Platform Eng, or Infrastructure.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern PM tools.
• Strong SDLC and research-to-production workflow knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Cybersecurity focus: NDR/threat research; familiarity with Zeek/Suricata/YARA; AI/ML deployment.
