📋 Description

• Define integrated platform program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Build dependency maps across hardware, software, safety with owners and ETA.
• Own reporting to executives; surface risks with data-backed Path to Green.
• Track system VnV and test campaigns; ensure sign-off readiness.
• Build cross-functional roadmaps for hardware, software, and autonomy.
• Champion tools to capture the single source of truth for program work.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management across hardware, software and systems.
• Experience across teams with different cadences (robotics/AVs/IoT/defense).
• Build cross-functional program structure: dep maps, risk registries, reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or ADAS.
• Hands-on with Jira, Asana and Microsoft Project.
