• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting with technical focus.
• Experience at fast-growing SaaS startup through headcount scaling.
• Built sourcing strategies from scratch; landed strong passive tech talent.
• Closed EPD candidates; can discuss assessment and differentiation.
• Fluent in Ashby and Juicebox; data-driven decisions.
• AI-aware; uses AI in workflow and discusses product roadmap.
