📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing to offer
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience throughout hiring
• Build strong technical pipelines via proactive sourcing and outreach
• Run structured, efficient interview processes with hiring teams
• Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics across searches
• Partner with recruiting and People teams to support hiring

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting
• Experience hiring engineers or tech roles
• Own end-to-end searches: sourcing, screening, closing
• Strong understanding of tech terminology and engineering stacks
• Sourcing tech talent across multiple channels
• Strong communication and candidate management
