Lead Technician (Power Generation) - Memphis

📋 Description

• Perform and lead operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across plant mechanical
• Serve as the working technical lead on assigned jobs, shifts, and outages: sequence work
• Mentor plant, process, and electrical technicians through on-the-job training, technical guidance
• Execute and support switching, isolation, LOTO, start-up, shutdown, racking of breakers, and
• Troubleshoot complex, cross-discipline plant issues using P&IDs, single-line diagrams
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to improve reliability and

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years of experience as a plant technician, process technician, electrical technician, industrial
• Experience providing technical direction, on-the-job training, or crew-lead support to other
• Hands-on experience in more than one of: gas turbine / plant mechanical systems; process or fluid
• Experience in a power plant, generating station, or other high-reliability industrial facility
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and equipment
