Lead TechOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to major incidents.
• Coordinate incident response; assemble R&D, SRE, Security, Risk, PR, CS.
• Determine incident severity and escalation timing; keep mgmt informed.
• Lead post-mortems; reconstruct timelines and document actions.
• Organize root cause analyses, monitoring gaps, resilience, and drills.
• Establish and optimize incident SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience independently leading major incident response, including on-site coordination and post-mortems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical and business teams without direct authority, driving resolution under pressure.
• Strong technical comprehension — understand system architecture, dependencies, monitoring, and incident chains.
• Excellent written communication; produce well-structured post-mortems with evidence and conclusions.
• Proficiency in English; participate in meetings and routine written communications.
