Lead Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Mentor a team of test engineers; drive engineering excellence in test development.
• Act as technical authority with architecture/design teams to shape test concepts.
• Architect/test platforms; set design-for-test rules; provide early feedback.
• Lead wafer, package, and system tests for silicon photonics; mentor juniors.
• Oversee test software development for execution, analysis, and extraction.
• Lead OSAT collaboration to define/validate test techniques for high-volume manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Photonics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of silicon photonics test development experience with leadership
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and setting technical direction
• Industrial experience supporting new product introduction and volume production
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to influence across teams and drive alignment without direct authority
