📋 Description

  • Lead Tier 2 SOC team; drive incident response and reporting.
  • Oversee CSIRC and Privacy incident response for clients.
  • Oversee end-to-end incident response lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor Tier 1/2 analysts; train on IR tools and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines.
  • 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
  • Oversee and coordinate end-to-end cybersecurity incident response lifecycle.
  • Analyze and prioritize incidents escalated from Tier 1.
  • Create and maintain incident response playbooks and SOPs.
  • Coordinate response with IT, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders.
