Lead UW Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Own assigned lines of business: Support commercial insurance products across General Liability
• Manage the product backlog: Maintain, refine, and prioritize backlog items to ensure development
• Define business requirements: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, document
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with Underwriting Systems, Product Analysts, IT, Actuarial
• Coordinate release planning: Work with the Underwriting Systems Manager to establish release goals
• Lead user acceptance testing: Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of test

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in commercial insurance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a college degree and/or professional insurance
• Practical knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting systems, and business processes
• Experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter or a comparable policy administration application.
• Understanding of the workflows involved in processing and managing commercial insurance policies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Jira and Confluence.
