Define and own the UX vision for the NEC Health portfolio.
Lead the development and governance of the unified NEC Health Design System.
Drive UX consistency, accessibility standards, and visuals across Health products.
Partner with PMs, Owners and Engineering to embed design excellence.
Lead design activities on strategic programmes and high-priority initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, discovery activities and co-design sessions with users.

Demonstrable UX design experience.
Leadership experience.
Health domain experience desirable.
Experience with GDS standards.
Experience with multidisciplinary project teams.
Stakeholder management experience.
