📋 Description

• Own UX design end to end across assigned Platform Tool product areas, from problem definition and
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and end users to understand needs, define
• Translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into simple, efficient, and scalable
• Define information architecture, interaction models, user flows, and detailed UI while making
• Prototype and iterate quickly to explore ideas, validate solutions, and align with cross-functional
• Partner with Engineering through implementation to ensure shipped experiences meet a high bar for

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of UX or Product Design experience
• Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or operational products
• Proven ability to own ambiguous product problems end to end as a senior IC
• Strong UX and visual judgment across complex, data-heavy workflows
• Strong systems thinking, interaction design, and information architecture skills
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus + equity
