📋 Description

• Verify complex benefits for commercial, government, or managed care plans
• Analyze and document benefits, authorizations, and coverage in Salesforce
• Serve as primary resource for complex insurance scenarios and escalations
• Monitor daily queues, distribute workloads, and support urgent admissions
• Review VOB cases and triage for timely, accurate verification and reimbursement
• Onboard and coach new hires; support QA audits

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in behavioral health/healthcare insurance verification and billing
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Expertise interpreting benefits, authorizations, payer policies; Salesforce familiarity
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and payer processes
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving for escalated issues
• Hybrid Nashville schedule; 4 days/week; reside within 75 minutes
