• Lead patient care representative and right hand to Hospital Manager
• Partner with Lead Veterinarian to deliver exceptional client and patient care
• Lead and develop the patient care team
• Support onboarding, growth, and development for staff

• Take on leadership responsibilities to help hospital perform at a high level

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years' experience in a veterinary support role
• Ability to confidently support surgical procedures under minimal direction
• Demonstrated ability to learn and execute SOPs and hospital protocols
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with hospital teams
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Practice Management Systems
• Demonstrated passion to make a difference in pets and people’s lives
