Combine strong reporting with business acumen to influence operational performance through data

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics
2+ years in Workforce Management, Reporting, BI, Analytics within a BPO or Contact Center
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data modeling).
Advanced Power BI development for dashboards and visualization.
Strong SQL; relational databases, ETL, data validation.
Experience with Power Automate, Python, or R is highly desirable.
