Lead, Workplace Operations

📋 Description

• Own the annual workplace programming roadmap across all hubs - setting direction and aligning it to
• Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and design scalable solutions to remove them
• Serve as the primary escalation point for site-level operational issues
• Develop the change management and communication approach for program rollouts
• May have oversight of a team as the function scales
• Deliver workplace services - building systems, facilities operations, F&B, and physical space

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in Workplace Operations, Facility Management, or Property Management
• An existing network of contractors, electricians, and facilities vendors
• Experience operating across multiple sites or regions
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and running RFP processes end-to-end
• Working knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety standards
• Comfort making decisions without a perfect playbook
