📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute regulatory examinations as well as GSE, agency, investor, and related
• Serve as the primary examination and review contact for regulators, agencies, and investors
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to regulatory and investor inquiries, ensuring responses are
• Review examination and information requests, determine the appropriate internal owners, coordinate
• Validate submitted information and documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
• Track examination and review progress, communicate status to relevant stakeholders, and escalate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 8 years of compliance experience within the mortgage or broader financial services
• At least 3 years of experience managing or supporting regulatory examinations and reviews
• Demonstrated experience managing or assisting with examinations and GSE, investor, and agency
• Strong familiarity with mortgage regulations, financial services best practices, and GSE and
• Excellent organizational, process management, and project management capabilities, with the ability

🎁 Benefits

• Anticipated annual base salary of $100,000–$138,500 nationally.
• Anticipated annual base salary of $115,000–$159,500 in certain high-cost California geographic
