🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a leadership role or experience leading a team, with preference for coffee, food, and
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy's Barista training and validation including program or will complete
• Existing Food Safety Certification required for their home state and role, or will obtain it within
• Familiarity with online collaboration and organization tools, including Google Docs
• Flexible schedule and must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to smell and taste for quality control of coffee and food
