📋 Description

• Two-year rotational Sales Track in Axon’s Leadership Development Program (LDP).
• Learn directly from senior sales leadership across multiple GTM functions.
• Complete 3-5 rotations over two years with customizable experience based on skills and goals.
• Gain hands-on experience across Domestic, International, Federal, and Enterprise teams.
• Own meaningful work from day one and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Hybrid work with in-person collaboration; some offices may be included in rotations.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with expected graduation by June 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Interest in sales, customer impact, go-to-market strategy, and business leadership.
• Enthusiasm for Axon’s Mission and Core Values.
