📋 Description

• Communicate with Campus Manager Trainees daily via email, text, and calls to provide guidance and timely updates.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Campus Manager training program.
• Mentor Trainees in building an entrepreneurial mindset and campus growth.
• Evaluate trainee performance, draft structured feedback, and decide graduations.
• This is a 3-month contract with potential conversion to full-time.
• Role is fully remote.

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of work experience preferred.
• Strong communication via email, text, and calls.
• Experience coordinating training programs or onboarding.
• Ability to evaluate performance and provide structured feedback.
• Self-motivated; able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Interest in entrepreneurship and campus programs.
