📋 Description

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Adapt delivery style and pacing based on learner needs
• Partner with instructional designers for content feedback
• Manage classroom logistics and ensure smooth session execution
• Assess learner understanding and reinforce key concepts

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of facilitation or training experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics
• Comfortable with in-person and virtual delivery platforms
• Experience in adult learning environments preferred
• Travel up to 75% of the time
