Learning and Development Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop training courses, curricula, classroom sessions, webinars, online courses
• Create engaging learning activities, assignments, exercises, assessments, and other tools that
• Develop computer-based training modules, storyboards, instructor manuals, assessment rubrics, and
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to develop relevant
• Review, edit, update, and refine existing learning resources to maintain quality and alignment with
• Write scripts and develop multimedia resources, including audio, video, simulations, role-playing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, along with three to four years of
• Training or instructional design experience in the senior living or hospitality industry is
• Experience working with older adults who may have cognitive or physical challenges.
• Two or more years of leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with subject matter experts and
