📋 Description

• AI-first learning strategy: curate, personalize, and scale content.
• Own onboarding; define CX/Enablement handoffs; measure effectiveness.
• LeadWell program owner; design paths for managers; facilitate sessions.
• Org development: conduct needs analyses; align with HRBPs; manage LMS.
• Career development and internal mobility: scalable resources and pathways.
• Change readiness: support adoption strategies and reinforce behaviors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development in tech/SaaS.
• Experience curating and scaling programs with third-party content and AI tools.
• Hands-on LMS administration (WorkRamp, Lessonly, Docebo, or similar).
• Experience defining onboarding-to-enablement handoffs.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate leadership development programs.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and excellent communication.
