📋 Description

• Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for Nexthink users.
• Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to define learning objectives.
• Translate complex product information into clear, actionable content.
• Develop end-to-end blended programs using docs and demos.
• Create engaging materials including assessments, case studies, and visuals.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and production workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as instructional designer/e-learning developer.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and UX design.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear content.
• Experience training IT teams; fluent in English.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools: Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, Adobe, Camtasia.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM/xAPI; multimedia editing; collaboration.
