📋 Description

• Guide universities to design programs and courses driving retention and graduation
• Collaborate with stakeholders; share best practices and innovations
• Advise Deans/Program Directors; map curriculum to design; manage faculty dynamics
• Coordinate with build teams to articulate design, templates, and exemplars
• Review course builds; provide formative feedback; ensure benchmarks
• Lead continuous improvement using data; onboard online faculty

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in instructional design, teaching, or leading learning design teams
• Master’s degree (preferred) or equivalent in higher education
• Willingness to travel periodically to university partners
• Hours aligned with Eastern/Central time zones
• Exceptional communication and expertise in learning design and faculty dynamics
• Experience in US higher education and online learning; curricular innovations
