Learning Consultant

📋 Description

• Strategic Learning Consultant to work with K12 institutions as part of Learning Services
• Lead change, increase platform adoption, and drive organization-specific initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan communication, training, and engagement
• Provide targeted coaching and develop adoption resources and model courses
• Travel to client sites as needed to support rollout
• Deliver high-quality training and consultations to meet instructional goals

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years teaching or consulting in K12 or higher education
• At least two years of Canvas and/or Mastery Connect experience
• Experience in educational leadership and rolling out technology platforms
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s in Instructional Technology or equivalent; Master’s preferred
• Willingness to travel to client sites
